Shipping policy

Shipping for PyaraBaby is handled by our 3rd party delivery vendor. The product is picked from seller's location and shipped to the customer. The shipping cost has to be borne by the seller and the customer. We will charge this cost on actuals only.

The shipping cost will be deducted from the seller payout and will be charged to customer partially while checking out.

Order shipping may take 5-7 days for metro cities and 7-10 days for other destinations. Some orders may take a bit more time depending on the sellers ability to pack and ship the product, so please be patient. PyaraBaby is not responsible for shipping delays due to situations beyond our control. 

We will share tracking details once your order has been shipped.

In case of any return by the customer not owing to damaged condition of the goods or not getting what was ordered, the return shipping will be borne by the customer. 

 

Transit Safety

All our sellers are required to share a packing video before dispatch so that your order is protected under shipping damage claims. This ensures safe delivery and helps us resolve any rare transit issues smoothly. In case a seller does not provide a packing video, shipping partners will not honor transit damage claims. This guideline is in place to safeguard both buyers and sellers and maintain trust in every transaction.
